I am not nearly as knowledgeable about PPHM as many long timers so I am not sure which records you are referring to.

If I am correct (which I am not sure about) the records for the label switching were sealed as well as the recent Class Action Derivative lawsuit.

With that stated, in my personal (painful) experience with lawsuits like this, the records have always been sealed as a stipulation of the settlement agreement. Confidential information from both parties are generally contained in the court documents and neither of the parties want their dirty underwear accessible to any google user.

That is my opinion of why they were sealed.
