The previous SP surge was due to boosted investment capital

ThIs was announced April 3 by the company with investment coming from Alipine Creek.

Plus they announced a BICX101 preclinical update on April 5.

That's why I think announcement of govt. grants - we have photos of the CEO and VP of operations to document that they were at the White House last month wth A level badges but still no PR yet - will give us another SP boost.

And the runnup to the pre IND FDA meeting should start in August.
Looking for more catalysts but as mentioned before decent consolidation in this range now which provides a possible buying opportunity before the next surge up.
