Absolutely! Dr Baruch is a smart guy. He wouldn't leave his prestigious 10yr lead position in the government for cannabis research if he didn't the see the potential in MMJ and specifically OWCP as a start-up.

He could also easily get a high $$$ position in the private sector. A company like TEVA would pay him loads of money to have him on board. But he knows OWCP is the right place and he can become a multimillionaire when products hit the market!
