I was looking at their form 13s

this company has too much on the books to not be legit. all filings SEC disclosed, current, institutional investors, they list their auditors, even 8ks at appropriate times.

I have done some digging and nothing sticks out like it does in that other ticker where they make electric battery cars out of thin air.

If a company is this hot, they want to get off the OTC as fast as they can...implications of that move are key.

warrants are a start, just don't really want to see an RS.
