IMO, a $1B valuation would be for all 27 generics coming to market in CA, and not include any pre-clinical cancer meds (as pre-clinical meds are not worth anything until proven).

The PR released on the 19th states they have filed for a DEL which means they are not licensed to handle drug manufacturing yet. This is really in the very beginning stages of becoming a working pharma company.

Still DDing, but seems very interesting...
