Yep, July 4th will be day 60. While a holiday in the US, it should be a regular day in Hong Kong, 15 hours ahead of west-coast time. We should hear something, if not by then, then in the next 21 days or the deal falls apart (Camsing could ask for more time).

POW! is supposed to send notification 20 days before a vote, so July 5th, at the latest (unless Camsing asks for more time). And, if you (by chance) vote yes, you forfeit dissenter rights.

I'm guessing that disclosure on POW!'s end is causing the process to be drawn out. There must be a lot of pertinent info to disseminate from all the deals kept secret.
