No - those are just his options. According to the proxy, he has 19,249,455 shares in addition to that.

This filing was to report that he was just granted 25,000,000 new options - basically doubling the number of options he has. Is this the "frugal" use of shares we heard so much about here when the increase was discussed?

Did you notice that 10,000,000 of the new options vest immediately on the sale of the Company for at least $90M? That's less than $0.20/share fully diluted. Everyone feel good about that?
