Expect the 8k to be amended to an 8k/a

This is some slick rick stuff here. DOLV is likely being questioned by some investor if they are current and SEC reporting. Since they are not, they cannot file a real 8k. And no accountant will sign off on any new document for them...hence a potential reason for the change. This will get changed to an 8k/a and people will begin to ask more questions.
