The problem I have is that there are dozens and dozens of stock promotions every month, yet only a select few get labeled 'caveat emptor' by OTCM or suspended by the SEC.

EPTI got their caveat emptor the same day that they should have gotten OTCQB uplisting, I've never seen that before and I've been around microcaps a looong time. It sure seems to me like someone at OTCM had a personal vendetta against EPTI, and when they couldn't slow down the stock themselves, they got their buddies at the SEC to do it.
