i would suspect we might be going from NV SOS to WA SOS not too far down the road. WA SOS doesn't seem to provide as many specifics as NV does. Seems that the new CEO "gets it" and will most likely slash the a/s. With our PPS trending towards .25 and higher, there is no need for 900 million a/s. If we were trading below .01 then there would be need for such a high a/s. The strong group of investors here are not letting that happen which in turn can allow CSCE Simon Yu to lower the a/s
