I think two issues are at play here. One is that we got caught by a pump and dump artist, in a stock, that by the numbers, should be trading much higher. He had alot of good ammo to pump. For an OTC, those financials are very nice and are what convinced me to buy. The second issue, which is much more troubling, is that UCPA management does not appear to care one shred about the shareholders and the share price. They seem happy to just collect their paychecks. News is rarely issued and they have no interest in uplisting. Why they refuse to uplist to a better exchange is beyond me as it seems to me that they would have access to better financing and have more credibility in the business world with a more respectible market cap. I believe that at the moment, UCPA is very underpriced and oversold and hopefully the next quarters results will get us back to at least .01. GLTA.
