It seems the PR was for us investors.

With the lawsuit and things happened in Israel, company was in bad shape. There was no news in terms of NDA filing progress and where co was in terms of timeline. Investors like me were becoming uneasy and thinking of exiting due to lower price.

This PR is kind of assurance to the investor community telling that
- we exist and working in background
- while there were delays, here is the expected new timeline
- NDA application will be filed in coming months and we do not have additional expenses

Still key question is - can it compete with Generic Celebrex and make enough money to be attractive to be bought out
