But did I, or will I, fill out the SEC Schecule 13-D/13G as, supposedly, is required of me by the SEC for owning so many shares?

But does it matter? Will the SEC care? Will anyone here care? Am I breaking any law by not filling it out? And, wondering, is James, by not getting the FINS done, hiding us larger shareholders for some reason or another?
