@A1 - I'm also in Dallas.

Qualifying the income of any given state is ridiculous, especially one as dynamic as Texas. Pockets of wealth everywhere. You nailed it.

Also, Texas ranks 3rd in most billionaires per state with 48.

Avg/median income means nothing. When those clinics are open, there will be a steady line waiting for procedures.
