I have seen someone winning the lottery by buying a lottery ticket. Let's do the same and expect to win as well.

Even then your odds would be higher than see this return to pennyland. With the previous RS it was already done here and all credibility gone. You can see from the weak market reactions on such recent PR's that no one believes them anymore. For a good reason.
