No they did not promise no reverse split

That was only noted that a reverse split was not a requirement of the ACI acquiring the special voting shares that USMJ previously owned.

Now that the ACI transaction is apparently complete, they and USMJ can reverse split at any time.

PURA probably will just raise their share authorization so they can keep diluting, because it will take a little while to issue enough shares at 50% discounts to drive the PURA share price to $0.0004 or lower.
