Have you done any research on their patented drug that suggests it is indeed it is worth $1b ?

I have found some stuff out there, but I certainly have not found anything that suggests it's worth anything at all. Are you aware that the company only paid $835k to acquire the patents for their drug? This is quoted from the 10-k. So why would the value jump from $835k to $1B? What caused the drug to go up in value so much? Were there any clinical studies done proving the drug is so effective that it's worth $1B? I've looked and haven't found it so far. If you can find that evidence, please share with others so that they will have a solid reason to invest.

In July 2016, the Company issued 321,305,416 shares of $0.001 par value Common Stock in exchange for the Patents related notes payable totaling $835,394 (See Note 10).

The current carrying value of the Company’s Patents is $615,038.
