They do valuation to pump up their stock. So they can sell off their worthless shares for .02 to anybody who will pay it. Obviously?

Yes, the valuation is in the 8-k. Good point. However, who's to say that they didn't pay MNP LLP to give them a "higher" valuation? MNP has done 3000 valuations. Who is to say they don't get slipped some extra money to pump up the valuations? Why not? You can't get in legal trouble for misvaluing a company. Sure, maybe they will get a "bad rep" for misvaluing companies, but if you've done 3000 valuations, you really think it's a big deal to misvalue a few of them here and there? That certainly looks like what is happening to me. Just my opinion of course.
