I am referring to the Lehman CTs here... Sorry for the confusion.. Yeah the CTs in WAMU got capped due to the Insider TRading in them by the Hedgies as they should have been... Served them right! But still the $cumbags got away and built up positions in Preferreds & Commons.. they should NEVER have been allowed to do that... Their accumulating of Preferreds & Commons was was another instance of Insider Trading... it showed that the $CUM never learn unless they are thrown in Jail and NEVER allowed to trade again!
