"I'm reading the s-1 this morning, it appears mmex is trying to raise $6,108,155 per maximum aggregate offering price. 3 million of which is from crown, the other 3.1 is from outside investment. What's your take on that?

Here's what that's all about - the S-1, if allowed to go effective by the SEC, means all those shares are registered and the toxic FLOORLESS CONvertible debt from Crown and others will all be free-trading shares immediately and DUMPED immediately, with no 6- or 12- month holding period as required by Rule 144 for unregistered shares.

It means the debt will be immediately CONverted and DUMPED as each tranche of the FLOORLESS CONvertible debt come in.

So, what it means is MASSIVE TOXIC FLOORLESS CONvertible debt with no holding period for Rule 144 and a death spiral.

That's why the S-1.
