So I have to be honest and admit my mistake.

I was reading through the case again and I don't know how I messed up. I think I just had way to much information flowing through my brain. Anyway Morgan only received 141,937 shares not the 17,221,703 that I originally stated. When I was pulling the numbers from the Shareholder Agreement Form, I pulled the numbers from Robert P. Gille on accident. Regardless, It doesn't matter IMO. Morgan received shares period.
