ihsi dose not need a mj license to perform work. they are not growing or selling mj they are a electrical contractor offering a lighting system to the growers it is just basic electrical work to install the lights they have a c-10 electrical license in California that is all they need to do commercial electrical work as that is what they are offering with the suncloak system. no growing or selling of the product that the light is used for. just selling and installing the light system
