Ever since PGPM mgmt. discovered their O/S discrepancy they're impressing the hell out of me with each and every step taken!!!

1st mgmt. filed a disclosure statement on OTC Markets correcting their share structure mistake.

Then mgmt. put out a PR acknowledging their oversight/mistake made!

Then mgmt. announced a share buyback!

And now mgmt. is not only preparing to file fully audited financials...they're also preparing to file to become a fully reporting SEC registered entity!

The amount of OTC PubCo's that would see fit to do all of the above after initially providing a mistaken o/s to OTC Markets after several years of darkness are slim to none folks!

IMO we're on the cusp of what's going to become 1 of the OTC plays of calendar year 2017!
