Xylan .. your continue being negative is just beyond understanding. You probably don't have a long position on this stock but yet posting negative for months and months.

As for Exxon and TotalOil, look it up. It has been in that part of talking about land leasing for oil exploration for few years now. The local didn't give a green light because of environmental concerns. They wanted to make sure about the environmental. They have been working to resolve this issue with Exxon and TotalOil. Now it looks like they are satisfy of all things that will be put in place and now pursuing the deal with Exxon and TotalOil.

Warren is put in place to get things rolling into that direction including getting all the documents in order.

3 years 30% revenue. That's not small. Knowing how Warren got permits and licenses, he has experiences dealing with the government and got those things done. So, DLCR could pop 300% 500% a day with great news, no question about it.
