It's automated, the only thing that could have been updated is the AS, almost maxed, everything else is either unreported, or, important items, like the float, haven't been updated since 2015...they can't do anything with the stop placed, so no real reason to speculate. If they ever file anything and make an attempt to become current, I imagine it would only be to raise the AS and/or attempt to RS. My guess, raise the AS more likely, don't have any cash, can't pay for RS.
