Wrong, patent series 15 is for 2017: Re: I-Glow Post# 99028
I-Glow, the series 15 according to USPTO website is for 2017:
https://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/ac/ido/oeip/taf/filingyr.htm
This means the patent is NOT from 2015 as you are claiming.
The next logical number sequence of 15 is for the year 2017.
