You seem to have inadvertently mis-read Tropical Cream as being Tropical Creams as you do state in your post.

The part of the announcement that you refer to in your post indicates only one cream for additional skin conditions - Tropical Cream and not Tropical Creams.

But, Skin Conditions does have the plural "s" on the end indicating that the one Tropical Cream has value in treating more than one skin condition.
