Yep, controlled market is what we have here. Thomas is raising capital. He will have 10-20k blocks of shares at the ask and has buyers arranged to come in and buy their position, and then repeat with the next new buyer/buyers the following day. Nice controlled market moving up slowly. Perspective buyers look at the market and live the chart!
