Because a new OS that's suddenly 100 times smaller and the big PR "promise" to keep it that low are the core of a new PUMP and DUMP by Vakser and his FAKE CEO's.

Same CON he ran on SUTI when he pulled an RS in Oct 2014 which lowered the OS to about 150M shares. He then ran multiple PR's on how LOW the OS and float were,how they were going to hold it at low levels as a new PUMP job. Him and his FAKE CEO got BUSTED for DILUTING just three weeks later because he had a TA that wasn't gagged. Certainly was gagged AFTER they told the truth to shareholders about dilution happening.

Now SUTI has an AS of 8 BILLION shares and probably an OS that's close to the same amount.
