It's based on their cancer drug and apparently their projected drug sales. I think we will have that answer shortly and also the answer as to why they did it. We may not know everything about that cancer drug, that they do. Someone may be interested in buying SBFM and wanted the valuation. The company that did the valuation has good reputation and no interest in the company, they are totally independent.
