A lot of pumping on this board yet nobody wants to buy the offer.. which can only mean the pumpers are the sellers.

Ding-ding-ding! In order for a stock to increase in value, there has to be interest in it. Just trading amongst yourselves isn't going to magically make it go up. The problem is, no one believes in it. The CE isn't having any effect, because people who went through this before already know what's happening. A couple of PRs and some copy/pasted "reports" does not a rebounding company necessarily make.

Furthermore, just because the company is "Verified Current" doesn't mean anything with regard to filings, etc., or their integrity. The CE is there because this company P&D'd before, and the trading world knows it. This is a garbage company, with bs "filings," that aren't even SEC filings, but things dumped on otcmarkets.COM.

Try it. Go find any other "dark or defunct" OTC stock, click on Company Profile. If it hasn't been updated recently, there'll be a button that says Update Company Profile. Anyone can click it, fill it in. OTC may or may not look closely at it, but it can be done by anyone.

Sorry, you're putting all your energy and money into a loser. You probably should cut your losses before it bottoms out again, which is inevitable.
