1) the company doesn't want to be associated with the old shell - waiting on ticker change

2) the company doesn't want this to run too high before they can offer their employees the warrants

3) I have a suspicion the company never in a million years would've thought we would do this much sleuthing before a name change

4) I believe the company is in full control and has a strategy - that includes staying tight lipped as well as keeping OR on a tight leash
