Was the PR a pump to the dump some diluting shares in a T-trade? Campo said "big news" in his emails this weekend but this is old news. I wouldn't mind the PR but a diluting T-trade doesn't bode well. I think he is desperately trying to make this company fly but doing things like pump and dump only destroys investor confidence.
