Neophius here is a quick market differentiation 101: a Differentiated product wins over the competition. But since there is no other competitor in the market for the treatment of psoriasis using cbd, AND they now have a US patent filed for that treatment, it's a differentiated product with 1) no competitors, 2) protected IP, and 3) differentiated.
No one needs to go to Harvard and attend Michael Porter lecture to understand the significance of this.
