While I believe that the U.S. Patent is great news, I think investor's here should ask themselves a question. Where would be be if Session's wins out and puts the cab-bash on cannabis sales everywhere.

I'm not saying this will happen, it's a worse case scenario, but if it did, I'll contend that we still have a great investment.

The reality in my mind is, does the U.S. want to again become a leader and accept as so many State's and Countries have that cannabis offers benefits to many who are suffering. Or do we want to stick our head in the sand, and let others remain in the lead when it comes to developing new classes of drugs based on cannabis. As I see it, we're already behind the 8-ball, but if Session's has his way we will be a follower for the foreseeable future.
