Daylas...Here are the questions you have to ask yourself...Why would a company put themselves at risk with the SEC by filing an 8K that contained information that would damage their company...and why in the world with SBFM bother with a costly process to get this valuation unless it would benefit them in either a sale or funding...

I am always skeptical with OTC tickers but this 8K sealed the deal for me...
