I've said repeatedly...charts are WORTHLESS when management is corrupt.

Everyone was so sure Roxy and Darnell would never pull a R/S even though they authorized a "split" on 3/27/17. And that was a few days after they increased the A/S from 210 to 310 million.

If the old OTC share structure is to be believed (which it isn't), the A/S has fallen from 200,000,000 to 142,857 the O/S has dropped from 142,768,564 to 101,977. In reality, the A/S was 310 million and the O/S was well north of 200 million.

Regardless.. this ticker is toast
