So what you're saying is if two people sue, you think they should be able to have two different outcomes based on the judge's legal interpretation?
And a district court judge should be able to overrule a Supreme Court judge?
I don't think so.
Besides...think about how this would work.

Supreme Court rules A.
District Court rules B.
Supreme Court (after laughing) reverses on appeal and makes the ruling A again.
Same outcome, longer and more expensive process.
