Haha Basically, USRM is undervalued plain and simple.

The manipulation by MMs seems to contradict efficient market hypothesis as coined by Eugene Fama. We are in OTCland after all...

The DCF uses guidelines to forecast growth. Its used to value companies on exchanges, but for some reason, in OTC, this often goes unnoticed.

Additional Note: Today, many ETFs use a market cap approach to reflect certain indexes. If you take a look at Dimensional Funds, they use a different methodology, valuation, to allocate there portfolios. If OTC were considered in DFA portfolio, USRM would most likely fit in there acceptance criteria.
