IMO shares being dumped into the bid today & over the last several days is most likely notes converting & timed according to the Poolworks conversion date of 6/30/17. Vert will get 20% of fully diluted and outstanding common shares The more diluted on 6/30 then the higher the number of shares Vert acquires.
IMO we head north after 6/30. CEO here is a great guy with good integrity. This is a real company & a rare find in the OTC. New investors are extremely lucky to pickup shares right now. In this case liquidation = rocket fuel... Get ready for lift-off!!!
