You've made that statement before regarding vacuum sealing, although the examples you cite are for very different products. You made the same arguments during the patent pending period and then after the patent was granted you no longer criticized it. Now that the international patents are for sale, you're making the same old arguments. Why is that? The patent Office apparently doesn't know as much as you. If you're certain nothing can be done, I, without advocating illegal action but as an interesting counter to your statement regarding intellectual property rights, suggest you do exactly what you speculate you can do --- produce petri plates, vacuum pack them in a FlatPack, sell them in the USA. I'll wager you're looking at patent infringement. I believe you're stating that you can perform what would be viewed as illegal activity without concern.
