They still owe their employees in ohio and have several unsettled lawsuits against them AEGOPL may use them as a shell to expand their operations but dont see how they can get around the red tape left in the wake of shutting down (being shut down by municipal authorities in ohio) their ohio plant and subsequent lawsuits
