yes he gave the USA and the healthcare/insurance industry a front loaded increase in entitlement government money, while cherry picking who paid for it, while expanding the roles of those who paid little or nothing. Not so bad if you got the benefit, or were the provider getting the new assured income stream. Not so good if you were the cherry-picked few who got to pay for it. And as the back loaded taxes and cost come on stream we're finding out just how expensive the ACA really is.
