Clearly Seymour doesn't have any problem leaking insider information to a few select cronies. Or at least some don't have any problem creating that perception.

This is how Seymour's "PR Machine" works, for those who were curious about it the other day. Leaking of non-public information, that purportedly comes direct from the CEO's mouth, by his operatives.

It fuels the positive buzz, while providing Seymour with a very thin veil of plausible deniability about really being the author of false information fed to the investing public.
