And how much time would you need to license a market ready MEA technology memebrane-less fuel cell technology to someone say a Ballard or another PLUG competitor or even PLUG?

MEA never intended to be a manufacturer, only a licensor.

My guess today.(of course it not ready today, but with the new financial picture at MVTG it might be sooner then later)
