I know that masta. My worry is - one CSHD halts, investor's money is locked up. And only Rufus has they key. That's unbelievably scary. And I don't think the fact they are using their old auditor assures anything.

From my research (quite lengthy, in fact) - the bonds are GONE. The 10K is gonna show that, and the stock will open with a real bang IYKWIM.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
