A Legit PUBLIC company is one that considers, and rewards, shareholders. SHAREholders- as in SHARE the profits.

There's NEVER been nothing shared by this clown.

People buy his stock. He utilizes it to live. End of story.

Legitimization of a public company is transparency and growth for the SHAREholders.
