Been thinking about the recent financing and what could the ramifications be. Being involved for over 5 years I have a better than average feel for what is potentially going to happen.

Henry would not have financed if he was sure of the BTI money, and being that the FDA has obviously launched the can down the road, I believe the company is going to finance all the trials going forward. The peer review of the last VLN trial is still expected but I feel before there is any involvement with our tobacco products the FDA has to give some approval, the timing of which I believe will be late 2018. The X-22 trial will begin in 2018 if I read the tea leaves right and I do not see much on the MJ or hemp horizon that will induce a partner.

I have liquidated all of my shares as I expected and got the financing I was looking for as others said they did not need to raise capital. I would be aware of any insider selling.
