This news should have waited to be announced AFTER they closed on the land in my opinion. I think it would have really blasted off, however, WHY would any company even consider announcing any type of partnership or alliance with a company to build a 10,000 - 50,000 barrel a day refinery IF THERE WASN'T A CONCRETE PLAN IN PLACE FOR THE ACTUAL LAND!!!????

My answer is: THEY WOULDN'T

So it's THE REAL DEAL here and once land is closed and permits are granted it will be GO TIME!!!
