Chrisre you need to becareful on how you're wording these things. When you say you're closer than anyone else in this group, you PM him all the time, and then you say statements such as he's waiting on the contract and an estimated amount of offers... You're creating a narrative on having insider information which isn't right.

We're all excited I'm just saying IMHO that taking a double look before posting is a safe choice.
